London Snow Fall:

There was heavy snow fall on last night. When I was back from work yesterday around 07.00 pm, there was bit light snow fall. I hadn't seen such a heavy snow fall since I came to UK. When we were checking weather update on BBC, there was the news that this was the heavy snow fall since 1991 which was after 18 years.

We (Srijana & me) went to Park however we didn't see a a lot of people. It was really good memorable moment for us. We had tried to make video which I have uploaded here in this blog.

Manufacturing System Design Proposed Framework:

I had prepared my M.Sc. Dissertation's Framework based on Manufacturing System Design "Human Performance in Manufacturing Systems: Utilising manufacturing system design for competitiveness in changing environments". My M.Sc. Award-leader Dr. Paul Head was my Supervisor. He later asked me to chage bit my proposal then I prepared my Dissertation on "Human Performance in Manufacturing Systems: Multi method approach to understand human performance for competitiveness in sociotechnical manufacturing system design".
